The United States remains deeply committed to the transitional authorities and the people of the Central African Republic as you seek to embark upon a new chapter in your country’s history, one that is rooted in unity and tolerance. We applaud the courage of the people of the Central African Republic, who continue to reject violence and work toward a democratic and inclusive society.
